Originally from Kearney Nebraska Dan moved to the Desert in 1989. He went to work in Real Estate sales for a franchise in the Coachella Valley for 10 years. When it was time to move on Dan was instrumental in starting First Western Properties in September of 1999 as General Manager. In December of 2002 Dan received his California Broker's License and bought his partners out. Dan expanded his horizon and opened offices in Indio and Yucca Valley and is now the sole owner of First Western Properties Inc. After this accomplishment Dan went to work investing in homes, condos and vacant land. In May of 2005 Dan created Mission Springs Development Inc. This company is in the process of building homes and a 20,000 square foot two story commercial building in Desert Hot Springs.
